Ten tips for being more truthful

         The first tip says we should commit to telling the truth, this is a good tip because it is not good to lie. Telling the truth will bring you good and if you tell lies that is only hurting you. Talk to yourself is on of the tips I think this is a good tip because then you can see if what you want to say sounds clear enough or not. Treat yourself when you tell the truth, this is also a good tip because you should reward yourself for telling the truth. Doing this will want to make you tell the truth even more this is why you should do it.
