The 10 keys to personal power  

Key 1. Clarity 

        Having clarity is knowing what you are going to do or at least have an idea of it. This means that when you want to become successful you have to look at successful people so that that way you will be successful as well. Having clarity helps because then your ideas are clear and you will not have trouble thinking of things. You should always have ideas and a way to make them come true. People with many ideas are the most successful people because they have a lot of things to make true and make use of it. Anyone can do this they just have to have clarity about it. This means you should be a ctr person and always have clarity.
" Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you're going. If you don't have clear specific goals in life, you're doomed forever to work for others who do."



Key 2. Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."

     Competence is to be able to do something successfully. If you are a hard working person who alway tries your best in everything you are competence. This is a good thing because it is a key to becoming a successful person and we all have to be successful to be someone in life. People who don't work and that don't do anything will not be successful people because they are not hard working and they don't try their best in nothing. That is why ctr people are successful because they always put a lot of effort in everything they do which is a good thing because they learn how to be independent and don't need anyone's help. Successful people are leaders not followers they have a mind of their own and use it to do great things. The way I can relate to this is that I try hard in every class of mine and I am a person that is willing to do anything to get good grades. This is something we should use in life as a guidance to be better people and have success in everything we do.


Key 3. Concentration
"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself "Is this the best use of my time?" before you start anything"

     Concentration is when you have your mind on something and that things only. This is something we all have but not all of us know how to use it. When you concentrate on something you have to have your mind on it. Concentration is a big thing we all have to have to do good on things because if you are taking a test you have to be concentrated on what you are doing.  This is a good skill to have because you will know how put your mind on one thing. Also, if you learn how to concentrate well you can do many things without getting mixed up. As a Ctr person you have to be concentrated on everything you do so that you can do good in everything.


Key 4. Common Sense

• Train your mind 
• Thin things through 
• Listen to your intuition 
• Learn from setbacks 

    Having common sense is being able to figure things out that are obvious. This means you will have a good sense and you will have a open mind about everything. We all have to be opened minded to others because you have to understand others as well. Having common sense is your natural ability to make good judgments. This is also a form of intelligence so you have to have this to make good thoughts. If you are a person that doesn't have common sense then you really don't know anything because mostly everyone has this. Everyone should think with a sense for example if someone is crying it can mean that they are sad, if you don't know what that meant then you don't have any common sense because it is obvious that they are sad that is why they cry.  In the real life you really need to have this because you need to know what is the obvious and what isn't. With this you will be able to make a smart judgment and not a dumb one.

Key 5. Creativity
"Except the fact that every human is a genius. The hallmark of creativity is asking questions. The people who are most creative ask the most questions."

    Being creative is an ability we all have.  This is a good thing because  you can personally create something original and creative. Original things do good because it is hard to copy since you were the first one who made it. Also, if you are a person that asks questions when you learn something new you are good because everyone who asks a lot of questions are the most creative. Having your own thoughts and creativity is something you will use in the future to become successful. In high school you are told to make projects out of things to improve your creativity and those who are good at making things are the ones that asked questions on everything. That is why it is important to ask questions. Creativity is a wonderful thing to have when you are young because you have so many ideas of making a lot of things. Use this ability that you have to create something useful and good.


Key 6. Consideration
"The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life."
"Develop the skills you need to become a better communicator. Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."
"If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you'll be the best educated person in history."
              Take consideration of what your teachers tell you about studying more because you need to do good on your tests to get good grades. This means you will listen to what they told you and do it. Making good choices is one step to becoming successful  you will need to make good choices because that is what adults have to do.  Not everyone is successful but we can start as students now and make good choices like when your parents tell you to stay away from drugs and all that take their words into consideration and don't  do it. You won't hurt them but yourself that is why always make right choices. Maybe if you take people's words into thought you will think twice about what you do, always choose the right and don't do what others won't do. We all are smart and there is no reason why you shouldn't take good things into consideration. If you do this you will become a successful person that is why you should do this. Consideration is the sign of wisdom, this is a very great thing.

Key 7. Consistency
"Dependable, study predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."
Be consistent in your relationship, your family, friends, your boss, your work. Be the person that people can depend upon. That if you say you'll do something you do..."

               Consistency is the key to success, if you are always on time to something you are doing good. In the future if you are late to important things that shows that you aren't responsible, that is bad because you need to be consistent and go on time. Same goes fr school turning in late work shows that you are un prepared and no one will want you to work for them if you are doing this. Remind yourself to do things such as your hw do it at home and finish that first and then do something else. Responsible people finish their school work before doing other things that way they will finish that first and not have to worry about doing it. Doing your chores first is a good thing because your being consistent and taking care of things. Trust is built with consistency.

Key 8. Commitment
"No success is possible without commitment. The ability to commit to yourself whole heartily is the basis  of achieve all success."
"Become totally absorbed in your work. Be totally committed."

     Being committed to a relationship means you will love that person and not betray them. You have to be loyal and respectful to that person. This is always the same with friendship you have to be a good friend and not be fake to them because you wouldn't want that happening to you. Commitment is all about being able to stay with something that means if you are in a sport and you are committed to do anything to win you will try your best. Commitment builds a good friendship. Being committed means that you will no harm anyone like you said at the beginning  its like a promise that you can't break.  If you are a person that doesn't break your promises you are a committed person because you are keeping your word. This is something we should all have that way not a lot of people get hurt in this world. If you say something you have to be committed to your words.

Key 9. Courage
"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."

      Having the courage to do anything you want is a good feeling because you feel like you can do anything. Courage's people never fear of losing because their courage is strong. If you have courage you will do anything and not be scared of doing it. Having courage is the willingness to act in spite of fear, you aren't going to let your fear take over whatever you want to accomplish. If you have courage you believe in yourself because courage is all about knowing you can do it. Having courage to face life even though it isn't going good for you is a big things to do because you are facing your reality, but have the courage to change something if it isn't helping you. Courage means that you won't let fear stop you, if you are going to jump off a plane don't let your fear get ahead of you have the courage and jump out. When it all has happened you will feel like yo accomplished something and you did because you didn't let your fear get ahead of you. Our soldiers from the army have a lot of courage because what they have to face is very intense, they don't let their fears get to them. Everyone shouldn't be scared to do something because then you won't accomplish it.

Key 10. Confidence
"You only get confidence by doing things over and over."
         
            Being confident is a good thing because if people tell you things you won't care since those things they tell you aren't true. Many people aren't confident about themselves and that makes them weak because they actually care about what fake things people have to say about them. Being confident about your body because only you are the one that has it and if you are too busy to be caring about how others should be looking you are fine the way you are. God made you how you are and you should love it because there is no one like you. It is important to understand that being confident shows how strong of a person you are. Also when you are doing a project have the confidence that you will A's it don't doubt yourself and say you will Fail it because then you will. That is why we all should have the confidence. When you are confident to talk to someone you are scared to it always feels good at the end because you actually did go talk to them because of your confidence. Confidence is all about believing in yourself if you don' then there is no way you can get the things you want to do the most done.

Final Keys Reflection
             These ten keys can benefit me to always be confident in what I do because that is what ctr people do. Having clarity will help me a lot because I will have the idea to do many thing. In life you have to use your own brain and come up with good ideas that is why I need clarity. Competence is being able to do something successfully by yourself. I have to be a hard working person to be competence. Consternation is really an important thing I can benefit off of because then I will not get distracted easily and focus more. All these keys can do so much for me which I will use them in my life to be successful. Courage is something I can use, say I;m going to answer a question but I'm too scared to be wrong having the courage to do it either way is a good things to do. Commitment is key because without it you are not a person to trust because you don't stay committed to your words. Being consistent and turning all my homework on time is something I can use because I have to be a good student and always turn things in on time and with consistency I will be able to do this.
